This was created by survivalist Craig “WG” Avery who literally takes a hammock wherever he goes. WG recognized two gaps in most camping hammocks. he wanted to be able to carry his hammock and straps in ONE bag (ever remember one without the other?) AND wanted more flexibility offered by having longer straps than the standard 10-12′. “THE HUNTER HAMMOCK” was created with the same versatility and purpose as the orginal lightweight “MHA BUSHKRAFTER” survival kit. This hammock set comes in awesome orange. Additionally, the 20′ high strength nylon straps are long enough to be useful as a hiking tether, a climbing and gear hauling strap, as tie downs for gear, and for hanging and drying out gear after an active day.
